Warranty Policy

At Veetus, we are committed to delivering high-quality smart doorbells, dash cams, and accessories that you can rely on. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all our products. Below, you’ll find the details of our warranty coverage and claims process.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Standard Warranty
    All Veetus products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  2. What’s Covered

    • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
    • Product failures under normal usage conditions.
    • Faulty or non-functional components.
  3. What’s Not Covered

    • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
    • Damage caused by accidents, water exposure (if not specified as water-resistant), or natural disasters.
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, battery degradation over time).

Extended Warranty

For select products, Veetus offers the option to purchase an extended warranty at checkout. Extended coverage adds an additional 1–2 years to the standard warranty period, depending on the plan selected.

How to Claim Warranty

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, follow these steps to initiate a claim:

  1. Contact Support
    Email us at support@veetus.co.uk with the following details:

    • Order number or proof of purchase.
    • Product model and serial number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable.
  2. Assessment
    Our support team will review your claim and determine if it qualifies for warranty service. You may be asked to return the product for inspection.

  3. Resolution
    If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

    • Repair the product free of charge.
    • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
    • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

Note: Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. If the claim is approved, Veetus will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This can be:

  • The order confirmation email.
  • A receipt or invoice from Veetus or an authorized reseller.

Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Veetus or an authorized reseller.
  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
